Refund policy

Made-to-Order Physical Products

All physical items are made to order specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every item we create. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

To process your request, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once your claim is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item at no cost
    OR

  • A full refund

In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide specific instructions.


Delivery Issues

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping fees will apply.


International Orders & Refused Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes determined by the destination country.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees, any eligible refund will exclude:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier handling fees


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Refunds are granted only if:

  • The file is corrupted

  • The wrong file was delivered

  • The file cannot be accessed

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
